After selecting a jar of traditional Ragu sauce, I decided to make no-boil beefy baked ziti. I had all the ingredients on hand as they are staples in my "Italian" kitchen. One of my favorite aspects of this meal was not having to boil the ziti pasta ahead of time. That saves about 20 minutes on the preparation.
My family loves a simple Pasta dish and this fit the bill. Once I browned the meat and folded in the Ragu sauce and cheese all I needed to do was add the raw ziti and dump it all into a casserole dish. I covered the dish with foil and baked. Voila! Dinner was ready in under an hour. I served it with garlic bread and salad. The flavors were robust, natural and authentic! Everyone licked their dishes clean. Thank you Crowdtap and Ragu for bringing a new tradition to our household.
